I work with CISOs and Risk Professionals who often urgently need help resolving risk-related issues. Do you need to communicate with stakeholders more effectively, understand and prioritize risks or implement changes to your risk management program?  Or, would you like long-term risk management support for your business?

Support is structured as a series of meetings over a given time frame with a specific goal in mind. To get started we will meet and discuss your situation, set your goals and timeframe.  An NDA is required and you will be in control of the meeting frequency as you self-schedule each session.

Support Packages:

• From 1 to 3 weeks, support is $234/week
• Support for weeks 3 to 6 receives a 10% discount at $210.6/week
• Support beyond 6 weeks receives a 20% discount at $187.2/week
• Meeting frequency is twice per week 1-hour sessions or three times per week 40-minute sessions.
